Cookies

Cookies (small text files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) are used to provide us with analytics on the usage of the public information available on our websites, and to track login session information if you have an account on one of our websites. You can turn off or delete cookies within your browser; please refer to the instructions included with your browser for how to do this. Information on deleting or controlling cookies is available at www.aboutcookies.org. Please note that by deleting our cookies or disabling future cookies, you may have issues in using our websites.

We use Google Analytics, a popular web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us to analyse how users use the publicly available parts of the websites. It counts the number of visitors and tells us things about their behaviour overall – such as the typical length of stay on the site or the average number of pages a user views.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address, which is a unique identification of your computer on the internet for the duration of your connection to the internet) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google undertakes not to associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

If you use the Booking Request form, you provide your name, email address, date of birth, ecclesia, if you are baptised, telephone and mobile number, travel arrangements, dietary requirements and other special requests so that we can facilitate your booking request. This information is only used in connection with the event and will be disposed of within 3 months after the event.

If you are under 18 we will request that a parental consent form is completed, signed by your parent or guardian and sent to us. This consent form is valid for the calendar year and will be destroyed at the end of the calendar year.

Sharing your personal data

We will never disclose or sell your personal information to third parties, with the exception of your IP Address being shared with Google for the purpose of analytics as described in the Cookies section above. We will only use your information for the purposes outlined above.
